PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a formulation for improving the workability by reducing the temperature dependence of melt viscosity of a thermoplastic polyurethane elastomer without damaging its excellent elastic property, and also improving the blocking tendency causing troubles with a film or the like. SOLUTION: The thermoplastic polyurethane elastomer composition is obtained by mixing an ethylene-(meth)acrylic acid copolymer having a (meth)acrylic acid content of 2-20 wt. % and a melt flow rate of 1-50 g/10 min at a rate of 5-40 pts. wt. to 95-60 pts. wt. of a thermoplastic polyurethane elastomer.
