PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent stick slip between a long sheet and a feeding means in a feeding device of the long sheet where lead rate is set to a feeding speed of the feeding means. SOLUTION: The feeding device of the long sheet feeds a corrugated board sheet A delivered from a corrugating machine to a rotary cutter 1. A powder clutch 2 as a sliding clutch is interposed in a driving force transmission route from a motor 3 for driving a feed roll 4 as the feeding means to the feed roll 4. Based on a feed speed V<SB>R</SB>of the feed roll 4 detected by a tachometer 7 attached to a rotary shaft of the feed roll 4 and a travel speed V<SB>S</SB>of the corrugated board sheet A detected by a measuring roll 6, the transmission torque of a powder clutch 2 is feedback-controlled by a controller 5 so as to match both speeds V<SB>R</SB>and V<SB>S</SB>.
