PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To maintain paper conveyance performance by reducing bending of a roller shaft of driving rollers while pressed by driven rollers even if there is a dimensional error in a cover supporting the driving rollers, and stably rotating and driving the driving rollers and the driven rollers without requiring an improvement in the dimensional accuracy of the cover. SOLUTION: The device main body is provided with the driven rollers and driving roller positioning parts, and the cover 19 is attached to the device main body rotatably between a closing position where the driving rollers are pressed in the periphery of the driven rollers and an opening position where the driving rollers are separated from the driven rollers while supporting the roller shaft 24a of the driving rollers. A first driving gear 28 is fixed to the end of the roller shaft 24a, and a second driving gear 32 engaged with the first driving gear 28 by the transmission of a driving force to the cover 19 from a driving part 29 is provided. The roller shaft 24a is fitted to the cover 19 so that the pitch circle of the first driving gear 28 is circumscribed and moved on the pitch circle of the second driving gear 32.
