摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a bearing device for vehicle axle and its method of manufacturing which can keep performance of a disk rotor and a wheel materials only by increasing an accuracy of camming at an outer diameter part than a bolt hole of radial flange 6. SOLUTION: This device has an inner ring 2, an outer ring 1, a rolling body 3 which is interlaid between the inner and the outer rings by retainers 4.5, a radial flange 6 which is formed in the inner ring 2 or the outer ring 1 in a rolling material side to fit a disc rotor 8 of a disc brake device in the side surface, bolt holes 7 which axially penetrate the radial flange 6, a bolt 10 which is fixed to the bolt hole 7 by press in. In this device, the outer-diameter side part 13a from the bolt hole 7 of the radial flange 6 is formed in a stepped configuration by protruding it on the disc rotor side from the inner-diameter side part 13b including the bolt hole 7 to fix the bolt 10 to the bolt hole 7 by press in and only the outer-diameter side part 13a is finished by grinding or lathe turning so that it is flush with the inner-diameter side part 13b or protrude from it.
