PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To support a driver to easily determine whether or not a vehicle can pass an object in a non-contact manner even when the object with changing unevenness in the height direction is located near the vehicle. SOLUTION: The outermost passage auxiliary line L10 to indicate the locus of passage of a most distant part from the center of turn out of the outer periphery of a vehicle is synthesized with an image obtained from a camera mounted on the vehicle with the optical axis thereof being set horizontally, and a perpendicular auxiliary line L11 which is perpendicular to the ground and arranged along the outermost passage auxiliary line L10 is synthesized with the image and displayed on a display monitor 15.
