PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mounting structure of a panel member assuring low cost and a good easiness in performing the operations. SOLUTION: The mounting structure of the panel member 4 to be installed between an engine hood panel 2 and a windshield 3 is configured so that a plurality of irregularly shaped holes 7 are formed in frames 5 and 6 positioned below the panel member 4 and arranged in the vehicle width direction B and a clip member 12 is fixed by inserting its one end 12A into each hole and rotating in the direction different from at insertion. A mounting hole 13 formed in the undersurface of the panel member is inserted to the other end 12C of the clip member 12 fixed to the irregularly shape hole 7, and the panel member 4 is slided in the direction A to the front and rear of the vehicle in the inserted condition and is fixed by a fixing means 20 in the position whereto the member 4 is slided.
