PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To overcome some problems of making a complex structure and an increase in cost when a variation in torque of a compressor enters into its idling state under the deceleration of a vehicle running in a turned-on state of an air conditioner is estimated. SOLUTION: This method for controlling a vehicle air-conditioner comprises steps S10, S20 for judging whether or not a vehicle decelerates, a step S30 for calculating a torque value of a variable volume compressor 19 when it is judged that the vehicle decelerates, and a step S40 for calculating a signal given to the variable volume compressor 19 in such a way that the torque value where the variable volume compressor 19 calculates at the step S30.
