PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a decorative sheet reduced in the using amount of VOC. SOLUTION: The decorative sheet is constituted so that a pattern layer is formed on the back side of a base material sheet and a transparent resin layer is formed on the front side of the base material sheet while the uppermost surface on the side opposite to the side bonded to an adherend has unevenness.
