PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a structure, not causing a delay of supplying mist required for machining even if mist of a cutting oil agent is supplied immediately after tool replacement. SOLUTION: Mist is supplied from a mist supply device 8 to the tool 4 mounted on a spindle 2, and discharged toward a part to be machined from the tip of the tool 4. At the stage where the next tool 4 to be used is indexed to a standby position P1 in a magazine of a tool magazine, a mist supply nozzle 19 of a mist filling gun 16 is pressed to the rear end of the tool 4, and after an end cap 17 is put on the tip, the interior of the tool 4 located in the standby position P1 is previously filled with mist.
