An automatic vending machine converting a force applied from a manual operation section to electric power and operating on the electric power as the power source. A drive force production and transmission mechanism is constructed to have an electric generator (45) for generating power by using a force applied from a manual operation section (9) and have electric motors (49-55) driven by the power generated by the electric generator (45). Commercial products moving mechanisms (63-69) are constructed so as to operate on outputs from the electric motors (49-55) as the operation sources.
