<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a distributed data print management system which enables a reception side to print preliminarily received distributed data at a desired timing and enables a data transmission side to recognize the number of times of print of the distributed data on the data reception side. <P>SOLUTION: A content providing company server 1 encrypts content data the distribution of which a user requests, by a content key and encrypts the content key by a public key pairing a private key of a printer 2 being a distribution object and distributes these encrypted information to the printer 2. The printer 2 decrypts the content key by the private key and decrypts the content data by the decrypted content key and performs print processing on the basis of the decrypted content data.
