<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To efficiently collect information for predicting the potential selling possibility of clothing to be sold in an actual store. <P>SOLUTION: An information collecting device 100 set in a fitting room is provided with a bar code reader 100a and a touch panel type display 100b, and connected to CCD cameras 101a to 101d arranged on the wall face of the fitting room and a PC 102 set in the counter. When a customer who has brought merchandise in the fitting room makes the bar code reader 100a read a bar code attached to the merchandise, and instructs photographing after putting on the merchandise, respective images photographed by the CCD cameras 101a to 101d are composited into one whole body picture, and displayed on a display 100b with merchandise data read by the bar code. On the other hand, which merchandise has been tried on is notified to a PC 102 as necessary, and used as basic information to predict the selling possibility of each merchandise. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI |
