<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent a cursor from being misaligned or damaged even if a large force acts on the cursor when a paper cassette is pushed into a device body after the paper is supplemented in the supplement of paper into the paper cassette. <P>SOLUTION: After a support member 3 is moved to a position where the cursor 12a is brought into contact with the side wall 112 of a cassette body 11 in the state of holding a width between the cursors 12a and 12b, the paper cassette 1 is withdrawn from the device body 2.
