CONDUCTIVE CONTACTOR HOLDER, CONDUCTIVE CONTACTOR UNIT, AND MANUFACTURING METHOD OF THE CONDUCTIVE CONTACTOR HOLDER

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a conductive contactor holder, equipped with an easily-moldable support capable of suppressing position deviation between itself and a contacted body, corresponding to temperature changes.

SOLUTION: The support 4 for holding this conductive contactor holder is constituted, by laminating low-thermal-expansion support frame bodies 15, 18 having a lower coefficient of linear expansion than the coefficient of linear expansion of the contacted body 8 and high-thermal-expansion support frame bodies 16, 17, having a coefficient of linear expansion higher than the coefficient of linear expansion of the contacted body 8. The coefficient of linear expansion of the contacted body 8 can be approximated to the coefficient of linear expansion of the support 4 as a whole by adopting such a laminated structure, and occurrence of the positional deviation between a conductive contactor 2 and a terminal 9 for external connection can be suppressed even under high-temperature condition.
