PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an earthquake-proof bridge having high earthquake resistance in a bridge with heavy upper structure. SOLUTION: This arch bridge 1 comprises piers 3 fixed onto a foundations 6, i.e., a ground and an upper structure 2 installed on the foundation. The upper structure 2 is formed of permanent magnets 13a and 13b repelling support devices 4 supported on the piers 3 from each other, and supported on the piers 3 in the state of non-contact with each other.
