PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vessel-supporting device for a leakage inspection machine, capable of coping with the height change of the vessel without component exchanges, and having superior cost benefit. SOLUTION: In this vessel supporting device 10 applied for the leakage inspection machine 1, a pressure is introduced into a bottle 7, by pressing an inspection head 5 onto a mouth part 7a of the bottle 7 conveyed by a wheel 4, and leakage inspection is performed, based on the pressure change in the bottle after pressure introduction. The device 10 is provided with a vessel support stand 11, having the support surface 14a which has a length, capable of supporting a plurality of bottles 7 in the conveyance direction of the wheel 4 and conveyed together with the bottles 7 along a conveyance route by the wheel, and a lifting mechanism 12 for lifting the vessel support stand 11.
