PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To change the posture between supine and sitting by waist raising operation. SOLUTION: A step frame body 20 is rotatably journaled to the inside of a U-shaped frame body 10 through a bearing, and further a pair of support materials 31, 32 are rotatably journaled to the step frame body 20 through a bearing.
