PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a thermoplastic resin composition having low hardness and excellent oil resistance, transparency, etc. SOLUTION: The thermoplastic resin composition contains (a) 5-95 wt.% isobutylene block copolymer composed of a polymer block composed mainly of isobutylene and a polymer block composed of a monomer component which does not contain isobutylene as a main component, (b) 5-95 wt.% thermoplastic polyurethane and (c) 0.1-50 pts. wt. (based on 100 pts. wt. of (a)+(b)) of an olefinic polymer or a styrenic polymer containing at least one kind of functional group selected from epoxy group, amino group, hydroxy group, acid anhydride group, carboxy group and its salt and carboxylic acid ester group.
