PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enhance a degree of freedom of how to pull out a lead terminal from a magnetic core in a spiral layered filter element. SOLUTION: When a signal input lead terminal 111 is connected to the outermost circumferential part of a signal transmitting line 110, a grounding line 120 adjacent to the inside of the outermost circumferential part of the signal transmitting line 110 is further extended in a range within one round of outer circumference using a connecting part of the signal input lead terminal 111 as a starting point, a grounding lead terminal 121 is connected at a predetermined location of the extended part 120a (fig. (a)), when the signal input lead terminal 111 is connected to the innermost circumferential part of the signal transmitting line 110, the grounding line 120 adjacent to the outside of the innermost circumferential part of the signal transmitting path 110 is further extended in a range within one round of the inner circumference using the connecting part of the signal input lead terminal 111 as the starting point and the grounding lead terminal 121 is connected to a predetermined location of the extended part 120b (fig.
