PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a member for an illumination-type push button switch with a built-in EL element stably generating brightness almost as designed. SOLUTION: A conductive repair circuit is additionally formed at the part where crack is generated during a molding process. Preferably, the repair circuit is formed by carbon black or graphite. The repair circuit is an area between adjacent key-top parts 3, 3, of which the interval width W is smaller than the height of the key-top 3, which is formed so as to include the part where the electrode circuit is formed.
