PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To quickly execute failure diagnosis after any failure is generated, and to execute failure diagnosis without requiring any working staff. SOLUTION: When any failure is generated in a failure diagnosis object block being the object of failure diagnosis in an employment information terminal 1, a mobile agent transmitted from a mobile agent distribution server 11, and received and stored through a network 12 is started, and failure diagnosis is executed by the mobile agent. The failure diagnosis is autonomously executed by the mobile agent so that it is possible to quickly execute the failure diagnosis after the failure is generated, and to execute the failure diagnosis without requiring any working staff, and to improve convenience.
