摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a recirculation pump trip control system for optimizing the number of tripped recirculation pumps, according to the amount of fuel loaded into a nuclear reactor, in order to further enhance the stability of the nuclear reactor, when a main steam pipe is closed as to an improved boiling water reactor. SOLUTION: This recirculation pump trip control system is installed in a boiling water nuclear power plant, having a plurality of internal recirculation pumps in a nuclear reactor, wherein the recirculation pumps are partly caused to trip when the main steam pipe is closed. The number of recirculation pumps tripped can be selectively set between four and eight, for example, with a fuel rod body number signal 401, etc. on the number of fuel rod bodies being loaded into the nuclear reactor used as installed unit number setting conditions.
