PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an ornamental frame for preventing degradation of an outer appearance of a top plate caused by the ornamental frame, securely maintaining a connected state, and easy to assemble. SOLUTION: The ornamental frame 3 is structured so as to surround a face plate by a pair of lateral frame pieces 8, 11 and a pair of vertical frame pieces 9, 10. The vertical frame pieces 9, 10 are provided with overhanging parts 39, 42 along a lower surface of the face plate, and thin sheet-shaped wall plate parts 40, 43 rising along the face plate. The lateral frame pieces 8, 11 are provided with base frame members 12, 24 connecting to the respective vertical frame pieces 9, 10, and cover members 13, 25 mounted on the base frame members 12, 24.
