PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a freezing method under the environment of normal temperature, capable of dispensing with electric power energy used by a refrigeration machine and making ice from tap water under the environment of normal temperature. SOLUTION: In this freezing method under the environment of normal temperature, the water and the special water are put in a specific container and stirred, the container having the mixed water is stored in a refrigerator having an inside temperature of about 10°C for a specific time, then the container is taken out from the refrigerator and kept under the environment of normal temperature to make the ice from the mixed water in the container.
