PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily form the terminal part of a surface-like reinforcement 4 formed by arranging a large number of elongated hole rows 5a in the longitudinal direction into such a shape as to be connected to the rear surface of a wall surface material through connectors 3. SOLUTION: This terminal treatment machine comprises a base frame 1b having a first cleat member 20 with engagement pins 24a and 24b engaged with intermediate ribs 12 between elongated hole rows 5a in the surface-like reinforcement 4, a rotating frame 17 rotatably connected to the base frame and having a second cleat member 26 with engagement pins 27a and 27b engaged with the ribs between the elongated hole rows, and a turning handle 18 rotatably connected to a rotating frame and having a third cleat member 32 with an engagement part engaged with the tip of the surface-like reinforcement. The engagement pin of the second cleat member is shifted by an approximately 1/2 of the pitch of the elongated holes relative to the engagement pins of the first cleat member, and the opposite interval of the outer peripheral surfaces of the engagement pins of both members is formed narrow than the width of the ribs 11 between the elongated holes.
