摘要 |
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the fatigue characteristic of titanium copper without changing the state of its composition and deposit. SOLUTION: The titanium copper strip having the excellent fatigue characteristic is a copper alloy which contains 1.5 to 4.5 mass% Ti and the balance Cu and inevitable impurities, wherein a compressive stress of 20 to 200 Mpa is loaded on its surface. Also, for the titanium copper strip having the excellent fatigue, the maximum root depth of the surface is≤2μm and the number of inclusions having diameter of≥1μm is≤50 pieces/100μm<SP>2</SP>.
