PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a highly structure-controlled resin composition which is excellent in the balance of normally incompatible properties such as impact resistance and rigidity and the like, is unlikely to be damaged in its appearance after deformation and can be usefully used as a structural material or a functional material. SOLUTION: This resin composition is obtained by blending (A) a thermoplastic resin and (B) a resin having a reactive functional group. In this resin composition, either structure of following (I) or (II) is formed: (I) either one of (A) or (B) forms a continuous phase, the other forms a dispersed phase, and fine particles of an average particles size of not more than 300 nm is present in the continuous phase and the dispersed phase; (II) both (A) and (B) form continuous phases and fine particles of an average particles size of not more than 300 nm is present in the two continuous phases.
