PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a polyester elastomer resin composition capable of giving molded articles which are flexible, highly elastic, excellently abrasion-resistant to be hardly worn out, excellently marking-resistant to hardly leave rubbing marks on the floor, excellently scratch-resistant to be hardly scratched, excellent in mechanical properties such as breaking strength or breaking elongation, excellently durable, excellent in flowability when melted to assure good injection moldability, causing neither peeling-off of the outermost layer nor bleeding out to give excellent external appearances, and highly adhesive to cloths, plastics or the like, and a molded item obtained by injection-molding the same. SOLUTION: The polyester elastomer resin composition comprises a polyester block copolymer and, incorporated therewith, a plasticizer and a silicone oil.
