PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To move a sheet (paper sheet) aside with a simple and inexpensive constitution without generating twist or distortion of the conveyed sheet. SOLUTION: In a ticket issuing device 1, a paper sheet 100a taken out of a paper roll 10a and conveyed through a conveyance route 20A is made to orbit along a spirally wound moving-aside guide 40. The paper sheet is moved aside toward a common conveyance route 20C provided on the backward of the conveyance route 20A, then, guided to the common conveyance route 20C as shown in the figure.
