PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a repacking pouch which is easy to manufacture a bag and to fill contents, and in which an opening portion good in the shape retainability can be formed automatically only by opening a spout portion when used, and which is excellent in a usage aptitude to be able to move even high-viscosity contents safely and easily. SOLUTION: While the repacking pouch 100 is made in the form of a standing pouch, the spout portion 6 of narrow width is provided in an upper corner portion, and notch portions 7a, 7b for fixing to the mouth portion of a container are provided in its side portion, the blister section S of a shape which goes diagonally downward in the upper portion from the spout portion 6 until it exceeds a center line in the width direction in the pouch and bends curvilinearly downward in the intermediate portion of its end and becomes perpendicular in a lower portion is composed by being so provided that its width and height may become large in the spout portion and the width and height may become small gradually in a diagonally downward direction and the width and height may become constant in the below side from the intermediate portion in a film 5 on at least one side wall face of the pouch 100.
