PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vehicular heat exchanger system capable of realizing high efficiency, miniaturization and cost reduction of the entire heat exchanger by cooling a condenser with cooling water of a sub radiator and refrigerant at an outlet of an evaporator. SOLUTION: The vehicular heat exchanger system comprises a radiator 2 to cool cooling water of an engine 1, a sub radiator 3 to cool cooling water colder than cooling water of the radiator 2, and a condenser 4 to cool refrigerant for air-conditioning purpose. The condenser 4 comprises a first condenser 8 and a second condenser 9. The first condenser 8, the second condenser 9, an expansion valve 10, an evaporator 11 and a compressor 13 are arranged in an annular manner. Refrigerant of the first radiator 8 is cooled with cooling water of the sub radiator 3, and refrigerant of the second condenser 9 is cooled with refrigerant between the evaporator 11 and the compressor 13.
