PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To introduce sufficient amount of traveling wind from a front part of an automobile into a heat exchanger even when a vehicle body has no enough room in the vertical dimension between a hood and the heat exchanger arranged above an engine. SOLUTION: A skirt member suspending downwardly is arranged around an intercooler 5 fixed above an engine 3 in a substantially horizontal condition, and a portion of the skirt member 15 on the forward side of a vehicle body constitutes an inclined guide surface 15b. An air introducing member 10 fixed to a hood B has an opening 13 in a part corresponding to the skirt member 15, and a seal member 17 is provided on the circumferential edge of the opening 13.
