PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a wiping and polishing cleaner, lightweight, facilitating handling, easily wiping out a firm stain by reciprocating motion of a folded dustcloth caused by an electric motor, further simultaneously performing polishing integrally to lessen load on the body, and giving expectation for economical effect. SOLUTION: The cleaner body of this wiping and polishing cleaner is constructed by storing a power supply motor connected to a domestic power supply or a spare power supply battery, a cam fixed to the motor, an arm for horizontally moving the rotation of the cam, and a fitting supporting the movement of the arm and the dustcloth folded up on the lower part in a casing.
