PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To optimize the rotation of a revolving/spinning thin rotary display body. SOLUTION: A plurality of figures is printed on a square sheet comprising a colorless permeable synthetic resin and a rotary display body area is formed in a shape protruding semi-spherically to the surface side from the rear side thereof by the vacuum molding. The rotary display body 25 in the form having a flair 129 spreading outward from the outer rim thereof 25 is worked by cutting using the press machine to reinforce the opening periphery along the rotary display body 25. In the revolving and spinning of the rotary display body 25, this achieves the optimal rotation of the rotary display body without the deflection or vibration thereof 25. The thickness T of the rotary display body 25 can be reduced by the vacuum molding of the rotary display body 25, thereby enabling the use of a smaller product less in power for the drive source.
