PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a game machine executing an auxiliary game for passing a game ball to a specific area based on the winning of a game ball into a start hole and producing a special game according to the result of the auxiliary game. SOLUTION: This game machine is provided with a variable win device having the specific area and a general area inside a recessed chamber communicating with an opening/closing door 10 and produces the special game by the passing of the game ball to the specific area. This machine is also provided with a plurality of game pins 7 implanted in the upper part of the opening/closing door 10; the opening/closing door 10 is obliquely disposed so that one end is positioned in the lower part of the other end; the recessed chamber, in its inside, is provided with a game ball guide passage suited to the inclination of the opening/closing door 10 when the opening/closing door 10 is opened; the game ball guide passage comprises a first route 61 guiding the game ball from the width directional inclination lower end side in the upper part of the opening/closing door when the opening/closing door is opened, and guiding the game ball from the depth directional inner side when the opening/closing door 10 is opened; and the specific area is formed in either one of the first route 61 or the second route 60 and the general area is formed in the other of the first route 61 or the second route 60.
