The apparatus has center die (13) whose upper mold is slidable with respect to upper mold of intermediate die (12) for molding the separator material (14) when the upper mold of periphery die (11) and upper mold of intermediate die are mutually fixed. The lower mold of intermediate die is slidable along molding direction with respect to lower mold of periphery die. An independent claim is also included for press-forming method.
