<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To surely grant a privilege to a user while reducing the labor and time of the user, and to simplify the recognition and evaluation of a privilege utilization status or the like. <P>SOLUTION: A privilege management device provided with a member information storage part, a member shop information storage part, and a privilege data storage part executes: a step of transmitting information for member collation included in member information in the member information storage part and a privilege condition in the privilege data storage part, to a member shop terminal at a prescribed timing or in response to a request; a step of acquiring information for member collation and the privilege condition transmitted from the privilege management device; a step of determining a provision object of a privilege by collating member information read from a card for settlement of a member with information for member collation acquired from the privilege management device; a step of specifying a pertinent privilege by collating member information of the card for settlement determined as the privilege provision object, with the privilege condition acquired from the privilege management device; and a step of performing privilege provision processing based on the specified privilege and transmitting a processing result to a log database of the privilege management device. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI |
