<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a program for arranging personnel to increase the skill points of operators for other businesses throughout all businesses other than the businesses of a business group to which the operators belong, and to average business skills among the operators of each business group to which they belong. <P>SOLUTION: A computer-executable program, for functioning as a personnel arranging device for distributing personnel belonging to a plurality of business groups to other business groups according to the amount of work of each business, causes a computer to function as a creation means for creating a shift candidate table with pieces of shift candidate information arranged in increasing order of the rates of achieving the goals of the other businesses for each business group, and a personnel shift means for shifting the personnel by storing the shift candidate information in a personnel shift table from the shift candidate table in increasing order of the rates of achieving the goals of the other businesses. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI |
