<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a server and program for a sales work assisting system, and a sales assisting apparatus and program that enable a manager in charge of salespersons to easily give appropriate instructions, by displaying negotiation progress information about every negotiation. <P>SOLUTION: The sales work assisting system server 10 stores in a RAM 22 negotiation data of a specified organization, negotiation data of a specified salesperson and negotiation data of only a specified year/month. Data on negotiations displayed in a display field 57 are written out in a text format to a hard disk 24 of a client 20. The client 20 creates a negotiation progress matrix; and displays detailed data such as advice corresponding to negotiation progress upon a cell specification request, highlights negotiations identified as meeting conditions of caution upon an alert display request, and displays prospects upon a prospect display request. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI |
