摘要 <P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for producing a dry food to be taken after cooked or reconstituted with hot water by which the dry food can be cooked or reconstituted with hot water in a short time, has good palate feeling and also excellent in loosening properties. <P>SOLUTION: This method for producing the dry food to be taken after cooked or reconstituted with hot water comprises at least the following process: (1) a first process P<SB>1</SB>of boiling an object to be processed which is obtained by processing a starch-containing prepared raw material into a prescribed shape; (2) a second process P<SB>2</SB>of making the boiled object come into contact with a water solution after the first process P<SB>1</SB>; and (3) a third process P<SB>3</SB>of drying the object passing through the second process P<SB>2</SB>with wind at a temperature of 45-100&deg;C and a humidity of 5 to <55%. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI
