<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a flute which sounds soft sound as a wooden pipe, and has moreover sufficient effects on the points such as responsiveness of sound, clearness of sound, resonance of sound, moderate feeling of resistance, deepness of sound, and soundscape. <P>SOLUTION: As shown in Fig, a hard wooden material 4 is attached to at least one of a head pipe 1, a main pipe 2, and a foot pipe 3, That is, the hard wooden material 4 is attached to the outside part 2a of the main pipe 2 and the outside part 3a of the foot pipe 3, or being attached to the outside part 2a of the main pipe 2, or attached to the outside part 1a of the head pipe 1, or attached to the outside part 1a of the main pipe 1 and the outside part 2a of the main pipe 1, or attached to the outside part 1a, the outside part 2a of the main pipe 2, and the outside part 3a of the foot pipe 3.
