<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a thin high brightness polarizing plate by using a polarizer having high dichroic rate. <P>SOLUTION: In the polarizer having an alignment layer formed by using a liquid crystal dichroic pigment, the high brightness polarizing plate laminates the polarizer in which the liquid crystal dichroic pigment has no crystal transition peak in a temperature lowering process in measurement of a differential scanning caloric value and a phase difference film. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI |
