<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a film-forming composition from which a film having excellent planar shape can be produced. <P>SOLUTION: The film-forming composition contains at least one of a compound represented by general formula (1) [wherein, X<SP>1</SP>and X<SP>2</SP>are each independently C-R<SP>1</SP>or Si-R<SP>1</SP>; R<SP>1</SP>is a hydrogen atom or an alkyl group; Y<SP>1</SP>, Y<SP>2</SP>, Y<SP>3</SP>, Y<SP>4</SP>, Y<SP>5</SP>and Y<SP>6</SP>are each independently a divalent linking group composed of one or more kinds of groups selected from the group consisting of a single bond, -O-, -CO-, -NH-, an alkylene group and an arylene group; Z<SP>1</SP>, Z<SP>2</SP>, Z<SP>3</SP>and Z<SP>4</SP>are each independently a hydrogen atom or a gelatinization-driving site; with the proviso that not all of Z<SP>1</SP>, Z<SP>2</SP>, Z<SP>3</SP>and Z<SP>4</SP>are simultaneously the gelatinization-driving site; n and m are each a molar fraction, and m+n=1; with the proviso that n or m may be 0]. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI |
