<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a retrieval result display system which is capable of quickly providing an information browser with useful information by ranking retrieval results. <P>SOLUTION: Q&A information to which browsing counters showing browsing frequencies are added is stored in a Q&A database.
