RESISTOR AND MANUFACTURING METHOD THEREOF

摘要

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a stable resistor in which variation of resistance value is small when a voltage load is applied, and also to provide a manufacturing method thereof.

SOLUTION: The resistor is provided with a substrate 11, a resistance layer 12 and an upper surface electrode layer 13 which are connected electrically and provided in the upper surface side of this substrate 11, and a protection layer 14 for covering the resistance layer 12 and upper surface electrode layer 13. The resistance layer 12 is formed of a metal material or a metal oxide material and the upper surface electrode layer 13 is formed of CuNi alloy.
