PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electronic device, a portable terminal cooperation system and a portable terminal cooperation method capable of coping with the multiple number of connection, storing and displaying received mail data, voice data, call termination history, etc. without depending on a model of a cellular phone. SOLUTION: The electronic device is provided with a close range radio communication part 21 for connecting with the cellular pone 10 having a close range radio communication part 13, a receiving part which receives status information of the cellular phone 10 via the close range radio communication part 21 and a display part which displays the received state information such as the mail data of the cellular phone 10 on a display device 30.
