PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an antenna module whose configuration is simple, whose assembly is easy, and whose sensitivity is satisfactory, and its mounting device. SOLUTION: This antenna module is provided with a module substrate 12 having an electrode terminal 11 in the periphery, a ground conductive layer 13 formed on the upper surface of the module substrate 12, antenna elements 14 and 15 arranged on the upper face of the ground conductive layer 13, various electric components 16 mounted on the lower surface of the module substrate 12 and a shield case 17 arranged on the lower surface of the module substrate 12 so that the electric parts 16 can be covered. The opening edge of the shield case 17 is electromechanically connected to the electrode terminal 11 for ground in the electrode terminal 11 by soldering. Thus, it is possible to provide an antenna module whose configuration is made compact as a whole, whose assembly can be simplified, and whose sensitivity can be prevented from being deteriorated and its mounting device.
