PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an oil level detector with an oil level gauge and an oil level detector with an oil level sensor which are combined in one. SOLUTION: An oil level gauge guide tube 1 to be attached to an engine body and an oil level gauge 2 inserted in the oil level gauge guide tube 1 and detecting the liquid level of oil in an oil pan are provided. Also, the oil level sensor for detecting the liquid level with the resistance value of a sensor resistor 5 is provided to make the sensor resistor 5 the gauge part of the oil level gauge 2.
