PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an energy-saved stove burner which is easily manufacturable at low cost and has high heat efficiency with satisfactory combustibility. SOLUTION: This stove burner comprises a burner body 1 having an annular head having an opening at the upper surface, and a burner cap 2 detachably placed on the annular head of the burner body 1 and having flame ports 7 arranged at circumferentially equal intervals radially toward the center side. A recessed part 28 is formed in a part of the inner circumference fitted with the burner body 1 of the burner cap 2, and a firing port 30 and a flame failure safety device 31 are arranged on the side surface of the recessed part 28.
