PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a biaxial hinge attaining miniaturization. SOLUTION: First and second shaft parts 5d, 5e extending parallel with each other are formed at both ends of a connecting plate part 5a, and through holes 5f are formed passing through the inside of the first and second shaft parts 5d, 5e respectively. The first and second shaft parts 5d, 5e are thereby formed in cylindrical shape, and first and second coil springs 6, 7 are stored in the first and second shaft parts 5d, 5e. One end parts 6b, 7b of the first and second coil springs 6, 7 are respectively projected outward from the first and second shaft parts 5d, 5e and turnable with respect to the first and second shaft parts 5d, 5e.
